I bought my trek fuel 2021 here 6 months ago. They took my cash deposit and constantly had delays. I had to ring multiple times to even find out if my bike was coming. At one point the eta was pushed back 6 months it ended up being in their shop and they didn't know.
Had the bike assembled and picked did up. I have meticulously looked after this bike. Only ever hand washed once a month or less.
The bottom bracket was creaking from new, no paperwork/warranty info even when I asked for it.
loose head stem and rear shock bolts loose.
I've had my bike serviced and its cost me over $500 and the mechanic found no grease in the headstem,
worn bottom bracket bearing which i had to replace and my front fork was replaced under warranty as it failed testing.
I have been in contact with Cyclescape and they have admitted they didn't put grease in my headstem along with other things. At first they were willing to help.
Apparently having no grease in the bearings is enough of a concern to notify trek but not enough to try and contact the customers!
Not the way you want to be treated. I would not spend a single dollar at Cyclescape. I do not trust them and its not how you want them to look after your bike when you're spending almost $4000!
I have sent invoices to cyclescape as they requested but theyre not happy to help. I just hope it doesn't happen to anyone else!
I know have to replace all of my rear pivot and bolt when they release them in may some time.
Attached are messages stating its Cyclescapes fault they didn't check there was grease in it.
