I bought an electric cargo bike here. At first I was happy with the service but it was soon clear they sold me a substandard bike with no serial number which broke repeatedly within the first three months. They did the bare minimum to help and would not honour the warranty. I consider myself scammed by this shop, and would avoid anyone trusting them to buy a bike. Avoid.
