My name is Michael C Harris and I dropped my Trek Bicycle off on may 9th along with my Receipt because the frame where the kick stand was installed cracked and they told me that the frame was covered for life time. I called today 5-13-21 and they said they where waiting for approval. I need my Bike that's my transportation and I spent $ 400.00 dollars on that Bike and should receive prompt service.
