Follow road into the centre of town (little traffic circle/roundabout. Go up the street next to the cafe about 50m. You will see the shop (sign for batteries) it looks like a motorbike shop, but does bicycle (bisikilete) repairs. Bulat speaks a (very) little English but is an excellent mechanic. Highly recommended.
